Who We Are

Elliot Offman has a B.A. from Dalhousie University, a B.Ed. from Saint Mary’s University and is an accredited member of the Canadian Association of Personal Property Appraisers and has been deemed a specialist by the society in Office, Construction, Farm, Forestry, and Heavy Equipment.

Joshua Offman , a graduate of St. Mary’s University, has been designated Accredited Personal Property Appraiser (CPPA) by the Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group specializing in Office, Food and Manufacturing equipment. Our rates are reasonable.

Our experience includes appraisals and asset management of equipment related to heavy construction, agriculture, food processing, sawmill, transportation, woodworking, foundry, metalworking, stone & marble, plastics, printing, automobile dealerships, aquaculture and manufacturing.
